FSG-01 Fuel Sender Gauge



The FSG-01 Fuel Sender Gauge is a programmable fuel level interface designed specifically for remote monitoring equipment, RTUs and telemetry systems.

Compatible with all fuel sender types, the FSG-01 can be connected in parallel with an existing panel gauge without affecting its operation.
Where no existing gauge is fitted, the FSG-01 can also supply power to the fuel sender by enabling the onboard *P* jumper.

The current fuel level is displayed using the front-panel LED indicators, providing an instant visual indication of the tank level.

The FSG-01 is fully field programmable, allowing it to be accurately calibrated to virtually any tank and sender combination.
Simply enter programming mode, set the fuel sender to each calibration point, and store the values for:

  • Empty

  • 25%

  • 50%

  • 75%

  • Full

Five dedicated GPO outputs provide indication of each fuel level, making the FSG-01 ideal for PLCs, RTUs, telemetry systems, alarm equipment and other remote monitoring applications.
The outputs are active-low as standard and can be configured for active-high operation by enabling the output inversion mode, indicated by the INV LED.

To ensure stable operation with different tank shapes and sender characteristics, the FSG-01 provides three selectable levels of hysteresis and sensitivity, indicated by the front-panel L, M and H LEDs.
This allows the installer to optimise the response for the application.
